Welcome to "Reclaiming Purpose: Coping with Job Loss," an ongoing job loss support group designed to help individuals navigate the emotional complexities of unemployment. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will engage in a therapeutic environment that fosters healing, connection, and personal growth. Utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), this group provides a structured framework for exploring the multifaceted emotions associated with coping with job loss, including grief, anxiety, and identity shifts.
In this closed group format, participants will build trust and rapport, creating a safe space for open dialogue and shared experiences. Throughout the sessions, members will work collaboratively to process their feelings, identify coping strategies, and redefine their sense of purpose after job loss. At the conclusion of the eight weeks, participants will have the option to continue their journey by joining the next cycle of this therapeutic group for unemployment, welcoming new members into this supportive community.
